Our U6 Academy starts back on September 10th, 9.30-10.30 at our home ground in Kennels Lane. Sessions cost £5 each and you only 'pay when you play', there is also no registration fee.

The Junior Academy is open to players from Reception and Year 1 - however newly starting Year 2 players are welcome to join as their first steps into football.

Our intention is to build on our solid community values, by offering an environment that supports young players at the beginning of their footballing journey. Our coaching programme aims to offer players the chance to learn, develop and explore the key elements of team sport. We base our programme around the FA’s four corner model, which promotes the importance of learning the technical (passing/dribbling), physical (movement skills), psychological (decision making) & social (making friends) aspects of the game.

The coaching staff have completed their FA Playmaker course and are all qualified to a minimum of FA Level 1. Alongside their technical qualifications, they hold up to date DBS, safeguarding and emergency aid accreditations. Our coaches also commit to an internal coach development programme implemented by the football club.

Attend 5 sessions and get a free club hoody, attend a further 10 and get a free club jacket.
