On Tuesday 20th August Fleet Spurs host their first midweek, under-the-lights game at Kennels Lane Southwood v Solent University in the Hampshire Cup. Fleet, confident after their three successive league wins have a strong squad going into the game with Rob Parrott returning to the squad. Unfortunately, Jamil Saleh is unavailable and Victor Mudonhi and Ivan Nsimbi remain sidelined with injury.

Joint First Team Manager Alan Reed said "It's really important that we keep up the momentum and keep winning. We've had three successive wins in the league and it is crucial that we maintain our form." Reed continued This is not a game to make lots of changes. We'll manage our squad sensibly and give players opportunities but we are looking to win and progress into the next round."
Goalkeeper and player of the match from the league win v Dorking Wanderers Reserves, Mike Cadle said "Players love playing midweek under the lights. It will be a good occasion on Tuesday night and I'm looking forward to another good performance." Cadle went on "Hopefully we won't need another penalty save from me but if I need to make one, I will."
Kick-off is 19:45 and the club will be open from 18:00.
